In your organization, how do you leverage your Scientific Communications Platform (SCP) for your communication tactics?*
- We currently do not rely on an SCP or we don’t have a method of gauging consistency across tactics and channels.
- Our approach could benefit more consistency. Our SCP does not provide helpful guidance, or we are not leveraging it to its full impact across our channels and tactics.
- We have a high level of consistency across tactics and channels, guided by our SCP.
How knowledgeable are team members across your Medical Affairs organization about your science, MOA, and data?*
- The MSLs and field staff are the only ones with an up-to-date working knowledge.
- MSLs and field staff have the best working knowledge, other team members have varying levels of expertise.
- Everyone is aligned on the landscape and medical value of the appropriate therapies. Those required to have a deeper knowledge know very granular and specific details.
What do your training materials consist of and what activities and formats do you leverage during trainings?*
- We have not updated out training formats and activities. In addition, we have a hard time understanding how effective our materials are for our employees.
- Our training materials are in need of a refresh, but the information is solid and effective. We stick to the same few formats and activities that have worked for us in the past.
- Our training materials are strategically crafted to employ novel techniques and proven adult-learning principles. We use a variety of formats and activities to engage different learner preferences.
